FAQ

1. Where do you live/send your items from?
I live in Northern California, so your packages will arrive depending on how far away you live from me.

2. Do you have all your items in stock?
The items displayed on the website are the prototypes I make for myself and/or people I know and that I am willing to sell designs of. All items ordered will be made-to-order, therefore all are OOAK.

3. How fast do you ship?
I don't like taking a long time to fulfill orders, so depending on the amount of orders and the workload I have, I would say a week at most. Then about 3-5 days to reach you from the day I ship. Rush orders possible at an extra cost.

4. I want the EXACT item you have pictured. Can I have it?
The items pictured are most likely currently worn by me or my friends. Besides - the more I make of the item, the more practice I get, the more beautiful it will be~

5. Do you really make all of this yourself?
Yes. If I have help in making any of the products, I will list the person on the product page as credit. If there is no credit, this means I made it myself, which is the case 99.83% of the time.

6. There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
Unfortunately, we do not do refunds/returns unless: a) we sent you the wrong item. In this case, please Email me and send me a picture of the package and packing slip. I will then ask you to return this package to me. As soon as I receive it, I will send you the right item. b) if the item has been damaged in the mail. In this case, again, take a picture of the item and the packaging, along with the packing slip and I will send you a replacement as long as the breakage was caused by my poor packaging and/or Post Office playing 'catch' with it >.<

7. What kind of payment do you accept?
I prefer PayPal only at the moment. If you have a problem with this and would like to arrange something else, please feel free to contact me.

8. I have an idea for an item. Would you make it for me?
Sure, as long as I am physically able to. If you want something that you made up, please refer to the "Comissions" section for more information.

9. I contacted you, but I still have not gotten a reply. What's up?
I check my Email a LOT. It generally takes me at most 24 hours to reply to an Email. If you have not received a reply, this means that I did not receive your Email in the first place. You are welcome to Email me again after 24 hours =D

Store Policy

1. Everything is made to order. You see an item, you order it, I make it. At this time I do not keep stock, so please place orders in a timely manner if you need it for a certain date. Rush orders are possible for an extra fee.

2. All jewelry is cleaned after the crafting is done, then packaged in ziplock bags using sterile gloves, so it is ready-to-wear when the package arrives.

3. All products are final sale. NO returns/refunds, unless there is a good reason (refer to FAQ for the special arrangements).

4. I don't make money on shipping. I charge actual shipping for the weight + packaging materials. Most of the time I will send First class mail (USPS), unless the package weight exceeds 13oz. Packages over 13oz are sent via Priority Mail. All packages are sent with a Delivery Confirmation.

5. The information you provide (address, name, birthday, PayPal) are for shipping only. I will never sell/release your information to anyone else. I package everything myself at this point, so no worries.

6. We will not spam you and I ask you to do the same.

7. PayPal is primary method of payment. If there is a problem with that, refer to FAQ before Emailing me about it.
